二、在效率方面:構建海運決策輔助工 具與空域模擬模式，提升我國港口 及機場整體營運效率、推動預約式 無障礙小客車運輸服務整合、辦理 運輸物流「績效運籌模式研究」、 進行汽燃費隨里程徵收之可行性研 究、研發輕便型橋梁檢測機械手 臂。
三、在品質方面:完成「鐵路立體化觀 察與評估分析」及「桃園機場與 新南向國家客量連結分析」、協 助推動「公路公共運輸多元推升 計畫(106-109 年)」及辦理「補 助學界成立區域運輸發展研究中心 計畫(106-107 年度)」、推動高 雄地區交通行動服務 (Mobility as a Service,MaaS)、 完 成「106 年 度縣市政府橋梁維護管理評鑑作 業」。

(2) Efficiency-related projects: Developmentof shipping decision support tools andairspace simulation models to enhance theoverall operational efficiency of ports andairports in Taiwan, promotion ofthe integrationof booking service for accessible lightbuses, execution of the “Study of Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) Model” andFeasibility Study of Collection of VehicleFuel Fee by Mileage”, and development ofthe handy bridge inspection robot arm.
(3) Quality-related projects: Completion of the“Observation, Assessment, and Analysis ofRailway Grade Separation” and “PassengerVolume Linkage Analysis between TaoyuanInternational Airport and New SouthboundPolicy-Target Countries”, assistance for theimplementation of the “Multiple EnhancementProject of Public Transportation ofHighways (2017-2020)”, execution of the“Financial Subsidy Project for Establishmentof Regional Transportation Research andDevelopment Center (2017- 2018)”, promotionof the “Mobility as a Service (MaaS)” inKaohsiung City, and completion of the“2017 Evaluation of Bridge
