安全與服務品質。過去一年來，本所除 持續協助交通部擔任 APEC 運輸工作小 組、行政院永續會綠色運輸工作分組、 交通部交通費率委員會、桃園航空城聯 外運輸系統工作小組及自行車督導小組 之綜合規劃分組與資訊分組幕僚，並籌 辦「2018 臺越交通合作論壇」外，亦在 交通部四大施政主軸的指導下，陸續完 成重大施政規劃並協助推動相關計畫， 包括:
一、在安全方面:產製「道路交通事故 30 天內死亡人數統計」等資料供交 通部決策參考、協助臺鐵局推動安 全管理系統 (SMS)、協助路政司完 成「代客駕車服務制度之研究」、 協助公路總局辦理道路交通安全管 理系統 (ISO 39001) 輔導課程。此 外，同時發展適用國內道路交通環 境的交通工程設計範例、推廣行為 導向之創新駕駛教育訓練、辦理先 進駕駛安全輔助系統 ADAS 結合車

Executive Yuan, the MOTC Transportation FareCommittee, the Connected TransportationSystem Working Group of the Taoyuan Aerotropolis,and the Integrated Planning Subgroupand Information Subgroup of the BicycleSupervision Working Group. Also, the IOT hasassisted the MOTC to organize the 2018Taiwan-Vietnam Transport Cooperation Forum.Furthermore, the IOT has completed majoradministrative plans and assisted with thepromotion of related projects based onMOTC’s four main policies. These projectsinclude:
(1) Safety-related projects: Production of thestatistics of fatality numbers within 30 daysof road traffic accidents for the reference ofMOTC to make road safety policies, assistancefor the Taiwan Railway Administration(TRA) to promote the Safety ManagementSystem (SMS), assistance for the Departmentof Railways and Highways, MOTC tocomplete a study on designated drivingservice regulations in Taiwan, and assistancefor the Directorate General of Highways tooffer guidance courses of the Road TrafficSafety Management System (ISO 39001).Furthermore, we developed the traffic engineeringdesign examples suitable for thedomestic road transport environmentpromoted behavior-
