18 2019 Taiwan Futures Exchange 3. 委員會 / Committees 期交所依期貨交易法規定分設業務及紀律委員會。業務委員會依其業務性質再分為交易業務委 員會及結算業務委員會，提供交易所業務諮詢及協助釐定相關政策。紀律委員會則對有關期貨商、 結算會員涉有違反法令與期交所業務規章等事項提出建議。 TAIFEX has established Trading, Clearing and Disciplinary Committees as required by law. The main function of the Trading and the Clearing Committees is to advise TAIFEX and assist with its policy making.
