Yuanpei University of Medical Technology has integrated the issue of the prevention of the hazards of tobacco into its course curriculum and has a sound strategy to make use of HPA's interactive learning vehicle on tobacco hazards. National Chung Cheng University invites local hospital physicians to organize speeches and multiple advocacies such as debates, brisk walking, and obstacle courses. The affiliated kindergarten of Hungkuang University of Science and Technology has invited big kindergarten students to act as "smoke cessation envoys" to persuade family members on smoking cessation and anti-smoking. National Penghu University of Science and Technology has cooperated with local health department activities to gain media exposure and public influence. Fooyin University of Science and Technology and Chang Jung Christian University are able to promote physical and mental health via activities such as smoking cessation, brisk walking, and volleyball games. On December 18, 2018, an event for recognition of outstanding achievements by the younger generation, sharing of highlights, and display of achievement posters was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. Members of colleges, universities, and junior colleges as well as local health bureaus were invited to participate.
