               E-cigarette control is recommended to be incorporated into the school regulations. Currently, there are 3,458 elementary, junior high, and senior high schools, of which more than half of the schools have already incorporated e-cigarette control in the school regulations, while 108 colleges and universities have incorporated e-cigarette control into school regulations, prohibiting faculty, staff and students from possessing and using e-cigarettes, and discussing the harm caused by smoking e-cigarettes. III. Enhanced promotion strategy in elementary school, junior high, and senior high schools: The "Tobacco & Betel Nut Hazards Prevention Education Center School Alliance" was established in Taiwan to be responsible for conducting tobacco hazard prevention education and promotion programs, as well as to provide teacher training to enhance their professional skills. Incorporate the promotion project "Understand Drugs, Youth Anti-Drugs, Say No To Drugs". (b) The inclusion of tobacco hazard prevention in the high school syllabus: I. Elementary school and junior high school: Nine-year consistent curriculum - Capability Index by phase related to tobacco and drug abuse in the health and physical education studies. II. High school: E-cigarettes have been included in the syllabus of "Health Care and Nursing" so that students can understand the appropriate use of addictive drugs in medical treatments, as well as the harm on individuals, families, and society caused by substance abuse. With that, students may gain the ability to solve problems and life skill to reject smoking in order to prevent substance abuse and addiction. III.The research and development of digital teaching materials for tobacco (including e-cigarettes) and betel nut hazard prevention and interactive online training modules were announced on the tobacco and betel nut hazards prevention educational website of the K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education, which are available for schools to download and use. IV.If students are discovered using or possessing e-cigarettes, please consult the responsible units to trace the source of e-cigarettes on campus and support the counseling and guidance of quitting e-cigarettes. If the smoking ingredients contain nicotine, the student will be referred to the medical specialist to implement services for the second-generation cessation program, and if the smoking ingredients contain illicit drugs, the student will be handled in accordance with the "Three-level preventive counseling for drug abuse prevention". 7. Ministry of Transportation and Communications: A total of 414 e-cigarette hazards prevention training courses and educational activities with a total of 10,613 participants in 2018. 8. The Ministry of National Defense: it promulgated the 2018 Implementation Plan for Tobacco and Betel Nut Hazards Prevention on February 7, 2018 and included e-cigarettes in the prevention goals. In 2018, the ministry conducted a total of 250 professional health education promotional lectures with a total of 37,324 participants, and 41 lectures were conducted for military schools and academies with a total of 9,823 participants. The ministry also organized 8 training courses for 453 tobacco and betel nut hazards prevention consultation specialists and 4 Presentations of Achievements of 492 guidance specialists in the field of tobacco and betel nut hazards prevention in 2018. E-cigarette control was incorporated in all relevant training activities.    134
