(d) The Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) will include e-cigarettes in each unit of the joint investigation team, and the e-cigarette inspection will be incorporated into the illegal drug inspection plan. The TFDA will also continue to supervise county and city health departments, and announce the statistical results of e-cigarette inspection and testing in a timely manner to remind citizens of the impact of e-cigarette chemicals on health. (e) The National Police Agency of the Ministry of the Interior assists competent health authorities in the investigation and prosecution of e-cigarette cases.
