展望新的一年，雖然國際主要預測機構預估之全球經濟成長率較2018年略降，但仍 維持在3%水準附近，尚屬穩定成長。惟部分國際政經不確定因素尚未解除，未來還需密 切觀察並審慎因應。國內經濟方面，在民間消費擴增以及投資力道增強下，各機構預測臺 灣2019年經濟成長率介於1.9%~2.6%，配合政府推動之多項重大經濟政策，如前瞻基礎建 設計畫、持續優化新創事業投資環境、臺商回臺投資行動方案等，可望有效吸引企業與資 金回流，投入發展實體經濟，並為資本市場創造更多成長機會。
本公司將持續推動市場改革，建置良好的資本市場環境，增加投資人參與臺股之信 心，提升臺灣資本市場動能。
Looking into next year, major international forecasting agencies predict that the growth rate for the global economy will have a dip compared to 2018. Nevertheless, it should stay at around 3%, which is stable growth. Due to unresolved geopolitical and economic factors in some parts of the world, a cautious future approach is deemed advisable. In terms of the domestic economy, with an increase in private consumption and investment, all agencies predict that the economic growth rate for Taiwan in 2019 will be1.9%~2.6%. A number of major economic policies are being promoted by the Taiwan government, such as the "Forward Looking Infrastructure Plan", plus continuing efforts to optimize the investment environment for startups as well as the "Taiwanese Companies Abroad to Investment in Taiwan Action Plan." All of these policies aim to attract Taiwan companies and Funds that are operating abroad to return to Taiwan to enhance domestic economic growth and create capital market opportunities.
The TWSE holds market reform as a priority as it does the sustainable development of a sound capital market so as to augment the confidence investors have in the Taiwan stock market, thus synergizing dynamic market growth.
