Abstract
The three rings and six lines of the MRT takes New Taipei City as the core, connecting Taipei, New
Taipei City and Taoyuan to form the MRT life circle with a population of 10 million, and the daily traffic
volume can reach 1.8 million people. After the construction of the overall plan is completed, it will enhance
the efficiency of regional transportation, serve the people to use the convenient and safe green transportation
road network, quickly improve the pattern of daily life, and promote regional development and prosperity of 2 the local economy.
This article first explains the New Taipei City MRT three rings and six lines network and construction vision, and secondly introduces the history, organizational structure, and potential of the MRT important promoter of the New Taipei City Government Department of Rapid Transit Systems. Then discuss the ways and future trends of promoting the three rings and six lines of the MRT, including bidding strategies, integrated supervision and management mechanisms, the introduction of building information modeling BIM technology for design and construction, listening to public opinion, combining local needs, and the development and efficiency of the station, and to build quality and occupational safety and health management system, etc. Finally, reviewing the achievements in safety, convenience, innovation, and economics that the New Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems has undertaken in the MRT business in the past 15 years, and proposes reflection, feedback, and optimization measures to improve the quality of MRT services.
