 摘要
臺中捷運綠線於G5、G6、G8、G8a、G9及G11等6站共規劃7棟土地開發大樓(簡稱土開大樓), 其規模為地下5至7層及預估未來為地上18層以上之鋼筋混凝土或鋼骨鋼筋混凝土構造,開挖深度為 23~37m。本文討論臺中卵礫石深開挖人工擋土柱工法之特性及勞安災害因素,納入捷運土開大樓擋土工 法規劃及設計考量之中,並加強開挖時之相關安全措施,藉以降低風險。最後將針對實際施工狀況進行 回饋提出相關建議。

  Abstract
 The Design of Retaining Method and Deep Excavation in Gravel Layer of Taichung MRT Green Line Accompanied with the Summary of Corresponding Construction Experience

  Abstract
    Based on the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) strategy of Taiwan, 7 Joint Development (JD) buildings are constructed along the Taichung Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Wenxin-Wuri-Beitun Line (hereafter referred to as “Taichung MRT Green Line”) at Stations G5, G6, G8, G8a, G9, and G11. Among these JD buildings, the excavation depth for building “G9-1” reached a depth of 36.75m, which is a new record for the Taichung area. Due to the geological characteristics of the Taichung area, the “man-cut pile” method was adopted as the main method for building retaining wall. However, with the potential risk of jeopardizing the safety of laborers using the man-cut pile method for the deep excavation work considered to be too high, several excavation safety measures were firstly introduced during the planning and design stage in order to reduce the construction risk. Finally, a construction situation will be described and suggested for reference.
