 摘 要
隨著國內環境噪音管制標準及民眾對生活品質要求的提高,鐵路高架橋噪音改善方式必須採多元噪 音防制對策,方能符合規定,減少民眾陳情。鐵路高架橋從過去於兩側護欄上架設隔音牆,降低噪音外 溢的影響,甚至於兩股道間設置中央隔音牆,使傳音路徑變長增加減音量,或改變結構型式降低結構噪 音,期能提升減振降噪效果。惟隨著臺鐵列車車種增加、車速提高、部分列車設備逐漸老化等,降噪措 施與問題越加複雜困難。因此,本公司於106年起,著手研析國內外軌道工程相關減振降噪防制之文獻 及案例,並邀請產、官、學等專業人士共同研討,尋找鐵路高架橋最佳減振降噪防制對策與解決方案。
臺中鐵路高架橋於105年10月16日通車,其後陸續接到沿線民眾陳情,反映鐵路噪音問題,藉由各 陳情路段噪音振動量測及音源鑑別技術,研判鐵路營運之輪軌音、設備音及結構音等主、次要噪音源, 並以德國Schall03軌道交通噪音預測模式及其他聲學軟體進行鐵路噪音模擬分析,預估超出標準路段附 近之鐵路噪音影響情形,作為研擬噪音改善對策及防制措施之依據。本文將藉上述噪音改善研析過程之 減振降噪防制設計與成效評估成果,供後續相關工程參考。

The noise control standards have been raised, the method to improvement the noise of railway viaducts will adopt multiple noise prevention measures, and will be able to comply with the regulations. In the past, soundwall were erected on the guardrails on both sides of the viaduct to prevent noise from overflowing, and even a central soundwall was installed between the two rails to block the noise path, or the structural type was changed to reduce the structural noise and improve the effect of vibration and noise reduction, so that noise prevention measures and problems are more complicated and difficult. Therefore, CECI invite industry, government, academics to looking for the best noise control facility for elevated railway.
Taichung elevated railway was opened to traffic on 2016.10.16, Afterwards, they received the sentiments of the people along the route to reflect the railway noise problem. Through the noise vibration measurement and sound source identification technology of each sentiment road section, the primary and secondary noise sources such as wheel/rail noise, equipment sound and structural sound, CECI Using the German Schall03 rail traffic noise prediction model and other acoustic software for railway noise simulation analysis, the railway noise impact situation beyond the standard road section is estimated, which is used as the basis for the development of noise improvement measures and prevention measures. This article will take advantage of the noise reduction, noise reduction and control design and effectiveness evaluation results of the above noise improvement research and analysis process for future related engineering reference.
