 摘要
本文以捷運高架車站之防風雨規劃、設計與驗證作探討,並提出高架車站防風雨應有的設計考量以 及量化的檢核方式建議。目前國內各捷運系統設計規範,因為大多僅以規定頂蓋的遮蔽長度以及地坪洩 水或截水溝、排水設施等作為要求重點,而較少針對各別站區之不同氣候影響作深入探討,所以往往導 致實際防護效果不彰。另外各單位規劃設計時,對於如何審查防風雨設計及驗證其效果,也無可量化的 標準與共識。此在興建中之捷運三鶯線統包工程,即產生許多執行上的疑義與爭議,故為利後續執行, 三鶯線專管顧問特針對此議題進行相關研析,並提出建議。本文即是此些研析經驗的彙整,希望可供未 來各捷運系統規劃時作為參考。

Abstract
 Abstract
      This article discusses the planning, design, and verification of weather protection for MRT elevated stations, and puts forward design considerations and quantitative inspection methods for elevated stations. Because most of the current domestic MRT system design specifications only focus on specifying the length of the roof cover and the floor drainage or interception ditch, drainage facilities, etc., and less in-depth discussion of the different climate effects of each station area, so it often results in poor actual protection. In addition, there is no consistent and quantifiable standards and consensus on how to verify or review the weatherproof effect of the design during the planning and design of the units. The construction of the MRT San-ying Line turnkey project under construction has caused many doubts in implementation and controversy. Therefore, in order to facilitate the follow-up implementation, the PCM of the San-ying Line analyzed and made recommendations on these issues. This article summarizes the experience of this research and analysis, and hopes it can also be used as a reference for future MRT system planning.
