   由金管會顧主委立雄率周邊單位至澳洲雪梨,參加由澳洲證券暨 05/13 ~17 投資管理委員會(ASIC)主辦之第44屆國際證券管理機構組織(IOSCO)年 63 會。我國代表團在會議中積極參與討論並與其他會員交換意見,並與各 國主管機關會晤。 Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) chairman Wellington Koo led a delegation of securities and futures institutions to Sydney, Australia, for IOSCO's 2019 annual conference, hosted by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Taiwan's representatives participated in discussions, exchanged views with other members, and held meetings with regulators from other nations.     JUN 赴英國倫敦參加全球集中結算組織協會(CCP12)舉辦之違約演練研討會(Default Fire 06/03 ~06 Drill Workshop)及年會(CCP12 AGM),關注各國政府新金融法規發展、對市場影響及因應 做法之發展方向凝聚共識,期許集中結算更安全,並促進金融市場更有效率及透明化。 TAIFEX visited London, UK, for CCP12's Default Fire Drill Workshop and Annual General Meeting. The gathering's discussions focused on: developments in government financial regulation, including their impact on markets; the robustness of centralized clearing; and how to foster greater efficiency and transparency in financial markets. 參與金管會指導,金融總會與台南市政府共同主辦之「2019年金 06/29 融服務愛心公益嘉年華」(台南場),設置「超級推一推 臺指選擇權適 用動態價格穩定措施 5月27日上線」及「期來運轉 QA大挑戰」等二大 主題互動遊戲區,在遊戲中以寓教於樂方式宣傳臺指選擇權適用動態價 格穩定措施及期貨市場商品等資訊。 TAIFEX participated in the 2019 Financial Services Caring Carnival in Tainan, which was organized by the Taiwan Financial Services Roundtable and the Tainan City Government under the direction of the FSC. TAIFEX set up interactive games and activities that enabled the public to have fun while developing a basic understanding of futures and options, and of new developments in the futures market, including the introduction of new products and the addition of foreign equity index futures to the Dynamic Price Banding Mechanism.        AUG 為增進保險業對臺灣期貨市場了解及運用,偕同壽險公會及期貨公會 08/01 合辦「保險業衍生性商品避險實務研討會」,就保險業衍生性商品交易實 務進行專題演講,並舉辦產、官、學界綜合座談場次,為保險業未來多元 化避險操作,找出新的發展方向,吸引近200位保險業及期貨業者參加。 To increase the insurance industry's understanding and use of the Taiwan futures market, TAIFEX worked with the Life Insurance Association of the ROC and the Chinese National Futures Association (CNFA) to organize "The Use of Derivatives in Hedging by the Insurance Industry" seminar. The seminar featured talks on how insurers can trade derivatives, as well as discussions among representatives of industry, government and academia that explored how insurers might diversify their hedging operations. Nearly 200 insurance-industry and futures-industry representatives attended.
