此外，2020年持續辦理法人機構推廣，於2019年12月25日公告第6屆「期貨鑽石獎」活動辦 法，評選期間自2019年7月1日起至2020年6月30日，表揚積極運用期交所各項商品增益避險之法人 機構，及對期貨市場具貢獻之期貨商、證券商，並透過持續積極拜會銀行、保險及投信業等法人機 構，進行互動交流、業務推廣及共同辦理活動，以提升法人機構參與比重;另定期召開「期交所與 期貨公會業務聯繫會議」，針對臺灣期貨市場發展各項重要議題進行討論。 IV. Education and Promotions In 2020, TAIFEX will support the introduction of new products and measures with a variety of market promotions, including educational seminars, large-scale financial forums, streaming talks, and awards for industry participants. TAIFEX will also increase the effectiveness of promotions and make it easier for investors and industry professionals to obtain up-to-date information on the futures market by creating dedicated webpages, publishing online summaries, and printing pamphlets and posters. In addition, we will continue to publish and distribute the Journal of Futures and Options to FCMs, IBs, and academic institutions across the country, and to publish an electronic version of TAIFEX Bimonthly to reach out to more readers. In the area of education and professional development, we will foster wider understanding of futures trading by offering free futures and options classes throughout Taiwan, and by encouraging investors to make use of our online educational materials and virtual exchange. In addition, we will continue to cultivate the development of futures asset managers and institutional professionals, and foster understanding of our new products and measures, through a variety of courses and monthly classes at our E-Learning Center. Finally, we will continue to organize a range of institutional promotions. On 25 December 2019, we announced the sixth annual Diamond Awards, which will recognize outstanding institutions, futures firms and securities firms for their contributions to the futures market over the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. We also plan to visit institutional investors to exchange views, promote our business, and jointly develop events to increase institutional participation in our market. In addition, we will hold regular meetings with the CNFA to discuss key issues related to the development of the Taiwan futures market. 55
