52 2019 Taiwan Futures Exchange 前言 展望2020年，因國際金融市場瞬息萬變，交易人需要多元化避險交易管道，期交所將持續研 發及改革商品及制度，打造具有高效率、低成本且公平、公正、公開交易環境，吸引各類交易人參 與臺灣期貨市場交易，並持續推動各項業務發展，包括:致力研發及強化新商品，以建立更完整商 品線;推動接軌國際之新制度，以挹注市場動能;強化國際交流與合作，厚植核心競爭力;擴大市 場推廣面向及提升教育訓練品質，以提升宣導效益及培養專業人才;加強期貨商、結算會員及交易 資訊申請使用者管理及市場監理能力，確保市場良好運作及維護交易人權益;提升電腦作業系統效 能，以提供滿足市場需求之優質服務平台。期交所期望透過前揭努力，擴大市場發展基礎，滿足市 場需求，帶領臺灣期貨市場精益求精，再上一層樓。茲就2020年業務推動重點共8項，說明如下: Looking ahead to 2020, the Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) recognizes that traders need a broad array of trading and hedging channels to respond to ever-changing international financial markets. With that in mind, we will continue to develop and refine our products and rules to ensure that we provide an efficient, low-cost, fair, equitable and open trading environment. We will also promote the growth of our business by: developing new products that round out our product line; introducing new rules that align with international norms and increasing our market's dynamism; elevating our competitiveness through international exchange and cooperation; expanding market promotions; improving market education and training to cultivate futures professionals; adding to market surveillance capabilities and strengthening supervision of FCMs, clearing members, and market data users to ensure the market's sound operation and protect investors' rights; and increasing the effectiveness of IT operations and systems to provide an even better trading platform. TAIFEX anticipates that its hard work in these areas will broaden and deepen our market, address market needs, and help take the Taiwan futures market to the next level. Our eight key business objectives for 2020 are as follows: 一、研究與開發新商品 因應金融市場對永續投資需求持續成長，為提供市場避險及交易工具，期交所於2020年6月8日 推動「臺灣永續期貨」上市;另考量生技產業為我國國家重點發展產業，以生技醫療為概念商品具 潛在避險需求及交易機會，為提供國人多元交易選擇及產業風險管理工具，同時推出「臺灣生技期 貨」。此外，積極與國外交易所或國外指數編製機構洽談授權，持續推出國外股價指數商品，期望 為臺灣期貨市場注入新成長動能。 I. Research and Development of New Products TAIFEX plans to launch FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index Futures (F4G TIP TW ESG Index Futures) to meet the financial market's demand for sustainable investments, which has continued to grow.
